Our surf server IS shutting down as of my birthday (for my own birthday birthday present to myself; yes getting rid of it is a present because it costs me $ out of my pocket and I do not even play CS at all).
This is of course provided no one else wants to financially fund this server.
Do note: The WC3 may soon follow suit for shutting down because I'm lacking funds and am more broke than ever before... Once again provided no one wants to fund it. There have been more funds geared towards the WC3 server so it is less likely to be shut down.
